SSMTB does not guarantee specific business results unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.
Timelines may vary based on project complexity, dependencies, and client responsiveness.
4. Fees & Payments
All fees shall be as per the agreed proposal or contract.
Payments must be made within the specified timelines.
Delayed payments may result in service suspension or additional charges.

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all non-public information including:

Candidate or employee information
Technical documentation
Commercial terms
Confidential information shall not be disclosed without prior written consent.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed:
All intellectual property created during service delivery remains the property of SSMTB until full payment is received.
Upon settlement, ownership or usage rights will be transferred as defined in the agreement.
7. Data Protection & Privacy
SSMTB follows reasonable security practices to protect data.
Personal and business data shall be used only for service delivery purposes and handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
SSMTB shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Business losses, revenue loss, or downtime
Decisions taken by Clients based on services or recommendations
Any liability shall be limited to the fees paid for the specific service.
9. Third-Party Services
SSMTB may use third-party tools, platforms, or partners to deliver services.
We are not responsible for outages, changes, or failures caused by third-party providers.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate services by providing written notice as per the agreed terms.
All outstanding dues and obligations must be settled upon termination.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune.
